The Story Behind Irish Sisters
Irish Sisters is inspired by the remarkable women who have shaped our family over generations. From Wayne Adair's grandmother, who passed down her treasured fourth-generation Fiery Ginger Wine recipe, to his mother, aunts and now his own daughters, the range is a celebration of the strong Irish women at the heart of our story.
Born from the long established, family-ran Papas Mineral Company in Belfast, Irish Sisters combines tradition with a fresh approach to flavour. The collection includes the original non-alcoholic Fiery Ginger Wine, Raspberry & Rose Cordial and Lavender Cordial, each crafted with the same care and attention that has been part of the family for generations.
Wayne's journey began as a child, filling old lemonade and milk bottles with his grandmother's homemade Ginger Wine. What started as a family tradition soon grew through word of mouth into a thriving business. Today, Wayne and his wife Lora continue to handcraft the range together, with the hope of one day passing the family business on to their daughters, Lucy and Molly.
