- 50ml Irish Sisters Fiery Ginger Wine
- 200ml hot water
Pour into a heatproof glass or mug, stir gently and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger or lemon.
Raspberry & Rose Fizz
A light and refreshing fizz with bright raspberry and delicate rose notes.
- 25ml Irish Sisters Raspberry & Rose Cordial
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 150ml soda water
Pour over ice and use fresh raspberries to garnish
Lavender After Dark
A bold, grown up serve with floral lavender, bittersweet grapefruit and a sharp squeeze of lime.

- 150ml Longbridge Belfast Grapefruit Soda
- 10ml fresh lime juice
Pour over plenty of ice, stir gently and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.

A comforting hot serve with zesty lemon, warming ginger and a touch of honey.
- 50ml Irish Sisters Lemon & Ginger Cordial
- 200ml hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey
Pour into a heatproof glass or mug, stir well until the honey has dissolved and garnish with fresh ginger and a slice of lemon.

- 200ml hot water
